I've always lived by the saying 'Less is More'. It was always about clean, hassle-free, classic pieces for the weekends. Blacks, Whites, and Neutrals - my absolute closet staples. In face, if you know me, I literally breathe monochrome every single day. Call me boring, but by eliminating the need for me to agonise over colour choices, I choose monochrome anytime, anywhere.

Taking some time this week to appreciate the finer, simpler things in life. I guess we all have to stop, look, breathe, and appreciate everything's that happening once in a while. How did everyone's week go? Mine always seem to fly past so quickly. Time really does slip through your finger tips when you're having fun doing what you do. Once again, here's to another week...

A Peak into My Sanctuary

I must admit, I've a serious infatuation, or should I say, fetish for fur rugs. Faux of course. My love for animals goes too deep. Lately, I've been on a hunt for coffee table decos. Definitely welcoming any recommendations, so do let me know!

Sunday lounging in these gorgeous whites. Textured Florals, flowy skirts, and of course some platform lace-up wedges. Somethings honestly never change for me. My obsession with wearing one colour head-to-toe has always stuck around. I can never understand my love for gladiators style lace-ups this season. In spite of the few occasional slip-downs whilst running about, I must say they're pretty awesome and versatile. The extra height these platform Ghillies give me, definitely makes them one of my faves.

Lounging Sundays in a one piece, shirt romper. I've been sporting button-downs recently, whilst keeping it clean with minimal silver and gold pieces. If you like classic, crisp shirts, Spring is definitely your season. Button-downs have been my absolute staple clothing this season. Worn by both men and women, formal or casual, the button-down is the epitome of versatility. Jazz it up with some jewels of yours if you'd like and you're ready to hit the streets.

This spring, I've been wearing the J'adore Eau de Parfum fragrance quite bit. After spotting its gorgeously opulent bottle design and trying one of the most lasting feminine scents around, I knew I had to purchase it. Mixing Silver & Gold has been an absolute obsession for me this season. Wearing these two metals together used to be a faux pas by many. People used to think wearing one metal means you can't wear the other in the same outfit. This season, I've been seeing a lot of the Silver & Gold combinations. I consider it as a visual equivalent of combining two seemingly distinct flavours, where the cool undertones of Silver and warmth of Gold pieces create a surprisingly beautiful blend.

I've always been particular with my jewellery pieces, placing quality at top priority. Although a tad more expensive compared to regular costume jewellery,  investments in Silver-plated pieces will definitely go a long way. Especially over here in humid Singapore, this has prevented irksome greenish stains from forming on my fingers over the day.
